How To Play BeerQuest
Visit any participating brewery.
Check their menu for a beer style in the game.
Fill out the style form.
Submit.
You are now entered to win prizes.

There are monthly SideQuests where active players are entered into a random draw.
The Grand Prize 'Treasure Chest' is awarded to the first player who finds all 50 beers in 11 months.
Tips
Pace yourself, the game is designed to last 11 months. By taking your time, you have access to additional prizes and draws that get announced throughout the duration of the game.
Styles in the game with an * have hints on where to find them. Some are seasonals and limited releases, so be sure to read them to see when they come out so you do not miss a chance to submit that style.

Step one - Enter the name of the participating brewery. Please ensure the use of correct spelling.
Step two - Enter the name of the beer as displayed by the participating brewery.
Step three - Tell us if you have ever been to this brewery before playing BeerQuest. This game encourages you to visit new spots.
Step four - Tell us if you and the persons you are with will make any purchases outside of the game, not including any BeerQuest finds. Will you stay after playing BeerQuest and have a drink that is not in the game? Will you order snacks or food? Did you purchase merchandise? Did the people you are with purchase anything?
Step five - Please take your time and rate this style based on the description provided. Check the aroma first, observe the clarity level, sip, gently move around entire mouth (do not swish) and notice mouthfeel. Then compare that against the profile of the beer. This is how beer judges do it. Do not judge hedonically. This means if you do not like hops but are evaluating a beer that has a high content of them, do not rate it a 1 out of 5 because you do not like hoppy beers. Instead, use the profile description provided and rate based on that information. Your ranking is not shared with other players and breweries only see your ranking as anonymous.
Step six - Upload an image of the style. Per the game rules, please try to include the taproom, menus, coasters and/or branded glasses in the image. A combination of these is best. Images may be used by BeerQuest social media.
***Important Notice: Fair Play Policy
Players attempting to participate using multiple accounts or sharing the same photo with others risk disqualification. Our team can verify images directly with breweries, and our system detects duplicate image submissions. If an image is used more than once, the associated accounts will be disqualified.
While this may seem like a clever way to increase your chances of winning, it distorts results for breweries and will likely lead to your account being flagged. Flagged accounts lose eligibility for prizes.
Please play fairly—honest participation keeps the game fun for everyone!
Step seven - Submit your form. Please note, after you submit the form allow a few seconds for it to submit, after which, the form will automatically close and return you to your regions board. Once there, the beer style you just submitted will now appear in a green font which indicates the beer has been submitted. You will no longer be able to click on that style.
If you just wish to read about a style, without submitting a form, at the bottom of each form is an X which can be used to close that form without submitting.
**with high volumes of players, you may experience a delay in form saves, or you may have to submit another style for the previous one to turn green.
All submissions are saved automatically based on your log in information so if you use a different device, logging in to your account will remember your claims.
